At Tennessee Rehabilitation Medicine Specialists, we are focused on optimizing and preserving health, functionality, and quality of life for our patients. We provide high quality rehabilitation medical services to patients primarily in the Middle Tennessee region. Our services include both acute and chronic medical management of typical rehabilitation conditions and syndromes. We work with inpatient rehabilitation medicine facilities and providers, in addition to primary care providers to achieve improved patient outcomes, reduced hospital readmissions, and enhanced quality of life for patients and their caregivers. Our objective is to begin with the outpatient follow up clinic, then expand to inpatient rehabilitation coverage to include IRF, SNF, and LTACs. We also will provide PT, OT, SLP in-house services with direct PM&R physician supervision. Our goal is to rapidly expand from the Middle TN region to eventually the state of Tennessee. This concept could also expand to have a presence throughout the United States. Target Market The target patient population for Tennessee Rehabilitation Medicine Specialists are patients who have sustained a polytraumatic injury, cerebral vascular accident (stroke), traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders, amputation of a limb(s), pain, congenital abnormalities. Specifically, we specialize in rehabilitation medicine services to optimize recovery, quality of life and overall functionality. We utilize interventional techniques including injection therapy, spasticity management, therapy oversight and management.
